
Egg salad sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 Soft boiled eggs
- ¼ cup Red onion
- ¼ cup Green Pepper
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Spice
- ½ tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soft boil the eggs and chop them finely.
- Mix eggs with the chopped veggies and all other ingredients. Add more mayo if required. The mixture should be like a soft stuffing.
- Spread generously on one side of any type of bread and make a sandwich. Toast it on a sandwich maker or on a skillet.
