Egg salad sandwich

  • 4 Soft boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup Red onion
  • ¼ cup Green Pepper
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Spice
  • ½ tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Soft boil the eggs and chop them finely.
  • Mix eggs with the chopped veggies and all other ingredients. Add more mayo if required. The mixture should be like a soft stuffing.
  • Spread generously on one side of any type of bread and make a sandwich. Toast it on a sandwich maker or on a skillet.
