Idli fry – Leftover
Ingredients
- 6 Leftover idli
- ½ tsp Rai / Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
- 1-2 Dry Red Chilli
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 6-7 Fresh Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil and add ghee, before it heats too much temper it with mustard and Cumin seeds. Add fresh curry leaves followed by the bite-size idlies. Fry on medium-low heat and add more ghee if required. roast for few minutes until the idli pieces are golden brown. Season with salt before removing from heat.
