Veg Chilli Garlic Chow Mein
Ingredients
- 250 g Chow Mein Noodles (Dry)
- 1 tbsp Refined Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- ½ tbsp Green Chillies
- ½ cup Red Onion
- ½ cup Green Pepper
- ½ cup Carrots
- ¼ cup Green beans
- ½ cup Cabbage
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan or a wok over medium-high heat. Saute the chopped garlic and green chilies (Optional)
- Add onion and saute for 30 seconds. Followed by all veggies you like to add on 30-second intervals. Cook until veggies are still crunchy.
- Add noodles and season with salt & pepper. Mix well and take off the gas. Garnish with green onions.
