
Mango Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 tsp Turmeric/Haldi
- ½ cup Dairy or Nut milk
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Freeze mango and Banana for 2+ hours or overnight.
- Blend all ingredients together and Enjoy!
