Idli fry – Leftover

Ingredients

  • 6 Leftover idli
  • ½ tsp Rai / Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
  • 1-2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 6-7 Fresh Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Heat mustard oil and add ghee, before it heats too much temper it with mustard and Cumin seeds. Add fresh curry leaves followed by the bite-size idlies. Fry on medium-low heat and add more ghee if required. roast for few minutes until the idli pieces are golden brown. Season with salt before removing from heat.
