Heat the Molding Wafers on simmering water. It should not be boiling as chocolate needs to melt slowly. Once it's melty, stir until its smooth and put it in a Ziploc bag. The working temperature of the molded chocolate is around 30-35 C degree. Reheat if the temp. goes down.
Pour the red color chocolate in the mold on one side and pink on the other side to create a marbled look, Spread the chocolate with a brush to coat the mold evenly. Tap the filled molds on the counter to knock out the air bubbles.
Drip out the chocolate asap, don't let it sit to get stiff in the molds. A thick coating should remain in molds at the end. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
