Veg Chilli Garlic Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 250 g Chow Mein Noodles (Dry)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Green Chillies
  • ½ cup Red Onion
  • ½ cup Green Pepper
  • ½ cup Carrots
  • ¼ cup Green beans
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a wok over medium-high heat. Saute the chopped garlic and green chilies (Optional)
  • Add onion and saute for 30 seconds. Followed by all veggies you like to add on 30-second intervals. Cook until veggies are still crunchy.
  • Add noodles and season with salt & pepper. Mix well and take off the gas. Garnish with green onions.
