Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions.
Heat oil in a pan or a wok over medium-high heat. Saute the chopped garlic and green chilies (Optional)
Add onion and saute for 30 seconds. Followed by all veggies you like to add on 30-second intervals. Cook until veggies are still crunchy.
Add noodles and season with salt & pepper. Mix well and take off the gas. Garnish with green onions.
